Where are your products made?

• Our products are designed and made in the USA with imported materials. 

How do I find fit & size details?

• Every product will have its own details of size and fit. If you have any questions about fit, please email cherrybaumdesigns@gmail.com

When will payment be processed?

• Payment is processed at checkout. 

What payment types are accepted?

• We accept the following payment methods: credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), PayPal, Shop Pay

How are orders shipped?

• Using fully recyclable packaging, orders are shipped with USPS

When will my order be shipped?

• With most of our products being made-to-order, production time is 4-6 weeks. Once your products are finished, we will ship them right away. For in-stock products, orders will be shipping within 3 business days. 
  
  

What is your refund & exchange policy?

• Due to our garments being handmade & made-to-order, we do not accept refunds or exchanges unless the item is faulty (ie: broken zipper, rips, or wrong style/color received). Please understand each piece is made by hand in our USA studio with extreme attention to detail.
