How are orders shipped?

Using fully recyclable, plastic-free packaging, orders are shipped with USPS or UPS

When will my order be shipped?

Most of our garments are made-to-order with 4-6 weeks of production time. Once your garment is finished, we will notify you of shipment with a tracking number. For in-stock garments, orders will be shipped within 3 business days.

What is your refund & exchange policy?

Due to our garments being made-to-order, we do not accept refunds unless the item is faulty (ie: broken zipper or wrong style/color received). Change of mind does not qualify for returns. In the rare case your item is faulty, please email cherrybaumdesigns@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, without makeup stains, sweat marks, or perfume.
